Influencers must create an account on Collab Sphere. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and ensuring the security of your password. Aeos Media is not liable for any unauthorized access to your account.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 12 years old to use Collab Sphere. By using the platform, you affirm that you are at least 12 years old and capable of forming a binding contract with Aeos Media.
5. User Content
Influencers are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of the content they upload to Collab Sphere. Aeos Media reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms and Conditions.
6. Brand Deals and Collaborations
While Aeos Media facilitates connections, it does not guarantee or assume responsibility for the success, terms, or outcomes of any brand deals or collaborations between influencers and brands facilitated through Collab Sphere. Aeos Media is not a party to any agreements entered into between influencers and brands.
7. Fees and Payments
Aeos Media may charge fees for certain services. Any fees and payment terms will be clearly communicated on the Platform. Failure to pay fees may result in the suspension or termination of your account.
8. Termination
Aeos Media reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at any time for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms and Conditions.
